Lost and Found

Lost items are brought to Simon Guest Services, which islocated in the managementoffice. The Arundel Mills Management Office is located in Neighborhood 2 through the double doors next to Aeropostale. Ride-Sharing Pick-Up & Drop-Off Zone

Arundel Mills has (3) ride-sharing and pick-up/drop-off zones. They are located at the following entries:

*Entry 2, between the Dining Pavilion and Live! Casino

*Entry 4, between ULTA Beauty and Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH

*Entry 5, between Primark and Old Navy

Unoccupied/parked vehicles are prohibited in these areas, and are subject to ticket and/or towing.

Scooter Rental

Rent a Scoozer and experience effortless shopping and easy exploration with its 2-seat 4-wheel electric scooters. Located between Banana Republic and Kate Spade. Security & Police Substation

The Arundel Mills Security Office, as well as the Anne Arundel County Police Substation, are located in Neighborhood 2 by the Mall Management Offices. They can be found by going through the double doors next to Aeropostale, and down the hallway. Mall Security can bereached at 410-540-9100.

All Simon Malls, Mills and Premium Outlets in the U.S. have achieved the national 'StormReady' designation by the National Weather Service. This designation recognizes Simon centers' preparedness to handle all types of severe and potentially life-threatening weather situations.

Smarte Carts for carrying packages are offered throughout the center, near each entrance. Smarte Cart strollers are provided at Entry 2, in the Dining Pavilion, and at Entry 4, between ULTA BeautyandSaks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH. Smarte Carts are provided through vending machines, andfor a nominal fee.

SYF Coin Wishing Wells

The SYF Coin Wishing Wells bring in funds for Simon Youth Foundation (SYF) programs. The SYF helps provide economical, educational and career development opportunities to local youth. All of the proceeds collected from the SYF Coin Wishing Well go to the Simon Youth Foundation. Please spare your change at the SYF Wishing Wells located near Under Armour, Primark or Dave & Buster's.

Arundel Milloffers free wireless internet to our shoppers at this Simon shopping center. Any shopper with a Wi-Fi enabled laptop, tablet or smartphone can easily log onto the Wi-Fi network. All shoppers have to do is open their web browser or select "#Free Simon Wi-Fi" (the SSID name) from their available list of wireless networks to get to the Simon Malls Wi-Fi landing page.
