@Ask_Spectrum been having ongoing issues using the Spectrum app on our at home devices. Some Roku, and others are Android tablets and phones. Very slow data throughput and buffering. Are there issues with your network or servers? I will call to have my equipment checked soon

@GetSpectrum I purchased a new iPhone that was supposed to be an upgrade and they were supposed to take my old phone and now @GetSpectrum is refusing to take the phone trade & now I’m stuck with 2 iPhones and I can’t get a supervisor or a store mngr to help or even a call back..

@Ask_Spectrum He's already done that. The way you can assist is cut the increase from his bill due to actual customer loyalty. Other ppls usage is not the problem of the customer, it's YOURS. There's a PANDEMIC outside. Also, preemptively send a new modem so he can reach his paid for speeds.

@SheWrestlesTest @Ask_Spectrum I tried calling them for a tree not on our property that fell and is pulling down the neighborhood utility lines. They refused to send anyone, said we should ask city to take care of it. Ohio Edison won't remove it either because the tree isn't touching the higher up power lines

@GetSpectrum Charged me for a TV service I never signed up for, made it difficult for me to cancel, and refused to refund me for the service when I don’t even watch TV. Never have, and never signed up. Really making me consider canceling everything all together. 👎🏻
