@Ask_Spectrum if by assist you mean not help me at all, then yes that is what i'm finding. if by assist you mean actually do something about the problem, then in fact that is not true.

and week 2 is my @Ask_Spectrum nightmare continues. How hard is it to mail a equipment. Obviously way too much to ask. love it when the first response is to blame a customer. Then read the notes and figure out it was your fault and not apologize. #smh

@Ask_Spectrum UPDATE: at 08:36EST today i was told by your less than helpful customer service agent that a supervisor would call me back within 2 hours. it is now 12:45EST ... â° STILL WAITING. this is my whole point! spectrum doesn't care about their customers at all. it's all about đ°

@GetSpectrum I purchased a new iPhone that was supposed to be an upgrade and they were supposed to take my old phone and now @GetSpectrum is refusing to take the phone trade & now Iâm stuck with 2 iPhones and I canât get a supervisor or a store mngr to help or even a call back..

@Ask_Spectrum He's already done that. The way you can assist is cut the increase from his bill due to actual customer loyalty. Other ppls usage is not the problem of the customer, it's YOURS. There's a PANDEMIC outside. Also, preemptively send a new modem so he can reach his paid for speeds.

@SheWrestlesTest @Ask_Spectrum I tried calling them for a tree not on our property that fell and is pulling down the neighborhood utility lines. They refused to send anyone, said we should ask city to take care of it. Ohio Edison won't remove it either because the tree isn't touching the higher up power lines

@GetSpectrum Charged me for a TV service I never signed up for, made it difficult for me to cancel, and refused to refund me for the service when I donât even watch TV. Never have, and never signed up. Really making me consider canceling everything all together. đđ»
